
MEET THE TEAM
Our team is not a basic team. Indeed, we all met at the Ecole Hôteliere de Lausanne in 2008. During our 4 years at school, we created a real friendship.
The idea of our restaurant arrived in 2009 during a field trip in Bad Ragaz.
7 years later the idea came to life.
Our team restaurant respect some specific valews:
Excellence, Respect, Responsibility, openness and Innovation.
Guillaume Montfort. - HEAD CHEF
My name is Guillaume Montfort, but everybody calls me Chef Montfort. Cooking was my passion but in 2008 when I won the French TV show "Masterchef", I decided to turn my passion into my daily job.
As a real Swiss, my creations are based on Swiss products such as Swiss cheese, viande des grisons or Swiss chocolate. My speciality is the fondue and mine is famous in all the world, it is cold "la fondue à la Montfort".


Charles Bouyer. - GENERAL MANAGER
My name is Charles Bouyer, I was born in France in the city of Versailles. I studied at the famous "Ecole Hôteliere de Lausanne" between 2008 and 2012.
When I was a child my dream was to become a train driver. This is why I created this restaurant experience which mix my studies and my passion.
Léa Grimaldi. - RESTAURANT MANAGER
My name is Lea Grimaldi, I grew up in Hong Kong. I studied at the Ecole Hôteliere de Lausanne between 2008 and 2012.
Julie Schär. - BAR MANAGER
My name is Julie Schär and I grew up in Geneva. I studied at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne between 2008 and 2012.
